Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel 48 hours in
advance of the reservation date and receive a full
refund. Otherwise one night plus taxes will be
charged. Government of Canada policy available to
governmental employees.
Check In / Check Out:
Check In is 4 p.m. and
Check Out is 12 p.m. We will make every effort
to accommodate early check ins and luggage storage.
Method of Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Diner’s Club, Travelers Cheques, Debit Cards and Cash.
Taxes:
Prices do not include 13% Harmonized Sales tax.
Collecting Information:
We collect information about guests such as name,
address, phone numbers, automobile license plate number,
make model and year, credit card number and special
needs. We may collect the information from you directly,
from a family member or a business associate making the
reservation for you. We may obtain it by telephone, in
person, by mail, fax or e-mail. We may retain this
information in written form or electronically. Providing us
with this information will help us to serve you better.
Using the Information:
We use the information collected to help make your stay
more enjoyable, to assist in arranging payment of your
accounts and to provide further information to you about our
facilities and programs. We will retain your information only
for as long as required by law or as necessary for the
purposes for which it is collected. Your personal information
will not be used for any other purposes without your consent.
